VictimsFirst has closed our GofundMe Fundraisers for both Uvalde and Highland Park so that all remaining donations can be transferred to our bank in time to be granted/wired to organizations overseeing direct-to-victim disbursement.
What we have collected for Uvalde victims will go to the National Compassion Fund for the Uvalde Together We Rise Fund, where 100% will be distributed directly to victims.
What we have collected for Highland Park victims will go to the Highland Park Community Foundation's July 4th Fund. 100% will be distributed directly to victims through only Categories A, B, and C — as outlined in their final protocol.
All donations collected by VictimsFirst for Uvalde and Highland Park victims will be granted by September 30, 2020.
We will post a new story with the total amounts granted/wired on September 30, 2022.
